Kamikaze (1986)

Handling

A brilliant but under-appreciated research scientist named Albert is fired from his job, which leads him into madness. Spending time at home, he develops a technology that allows him to reach through airwaves and transform live television cameras into weapons capable of killing anyone being filmed. As he uses this deadly invention to send death rays through the cameras, he kills TV announcers and becomes a fugitive hunted by the police.
