This 2014 comedy film follows a couple who are forced to live next door to a fraternity house. With a newborn baby, the couple attempts to take action against their new neighbors. When they discover that their new next-door neighbors are a sorority even more debaucherous than the previous fraternity residents, the couple must team up with their former associates to deal with the chaos.
