Halloween (2018) is an American slasher film directed by David Gordon Green, marking the eleventh installment in the franchise and a sequel to the 1978 original. The film stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, who confronts her long-time foe, Michael Myers. Michael Myers is the masked figure who has haunted Laurie since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago. This film represents the third reboot of the franchise following Rob Zombie's 2007 entry.
