Meet Elvira, the notorious American cult heroine. This wise-cracking vamp wishes to open her own show in Las Vegas but needs $50,000. Suddenly her great aunt Maud dies and Elvira goes to a conservative mid-west town to hear the reading of the will. Elvira is disappointed when she learns that she has only inherited a delapidated house, a poodle and cook book. To compound this she is accused of being a witch! Elvira discovers the evil force in the town and finds that only she has the power to stop his evil plans!
