Handling

T2 Trainspotting is a 2017 black comedy-drama film set in and around Edinburgh, Scotland. The movie is based on characters created by Irvine Welsh in his original novel and follow-up. After twenty years abroad, Mark Renton returns to Scotland and reunites with his old friends Sick Boy, Spud, and Begbie. The film focuses on the reunion of the original Trainspotting gang two decades after their cinematic debut.
