Handling

The Burning is a horror slasher film about an abusive former summer camp caretaker named Cropsy, who was horribly burned and disfigured following a prank gone wrong five years earlier. Following his release from the hospital, the disfigured caretaker returns to his old stomping ground, upstate New York summer Camp Stonewater. Driven by revenge, Cropsy lurks around the camp with garden shears, determined to kill the teenagers responsible for his disfigurement.
